After a weight check (today it was 175), I got my blood pressure checked.

| Today's blood pressure was perfect. I am really proud of how I have kept my blood pressure right on target. Eating right and walking with Mike really did help a lot!

| After the exam, I took another stress test, that has become a lot of fun. We get to search for Jade's Heartbeat, and often we get to eat snacks, chocolate and drink tasty drinks. ;)
